BUILT FOR THE MOMENTS WHEN YOUR TEAM NEEDS MORE
More capacity without another hiring process.
You probably already know what needs to get done. The problem is finding enough of the right development time to do it.
If you need another permanent employee, hire one.
If you need a strong WordPress developer who can jump in now and help your team ship, that’s Scale.
THEY JOIN YOUR TEAM
No ticket queue. No layers of project management.
Your Scale developer works directly with your team. They can join your Slack or Microsoft Teams, attend standups, work from your existing project management system, and contribute directly to your codebase.
You decide what matters most. They get to work.
Because their working hours are agreed on before the engagement starts, you know when they’ll be there.
Not a couple of random days each week. Consistent help your team can actually plan around.
HALF TIME
4 Hours every business day
FULL TIME
8 Hours every business day
ONE DEVELOPER. A WHOLE WORDPRESS TEAM BEHIND THEM.
The consistency of one developer. The depth of a WordPress powerhouse.
There’s a big advantage to having the same person working with your team every day. They learn your website. Your stack. Your priorities. Your people.
But unlike a solo freelancer, they’re not on an island. Your developer is part of SiteCare and can tap into the rest of our WordPress team when they hit a stubborn problem, need specialized knowledge, or simply want another perspective.

WHAT CAN A SITECARE SCALE DEVELOPER WORK ON?
Anything that WordPress touches.
WooCommerce development
Custom blocks

Salesforce and HubSpot integrations
Third-party integrations
WordPress multisite networks

Front-end development and mobile UI enhancement
Have something weird or particularly complicated? Even better. Book a call and tell us about it.
Your work. Your code. Your documentation.
Scale shouldn’t leave you dependent on one person forever.
Where the work lives
Your developer works in your repositories, not ours.
Documentation time
Time set aside every week to document what they build and change.
Monthly summary
A written record of what shipped, reviewed by a SiteCare lead.
So your team can understand the work long after the engagement ends.
WE HANDLE THE MATCHING
You don’t need to interview fifty developers.
You shouldn’t have to figure out which one gave the best technical answers. That’s our job.
It’s really that simple. Find out if we have a developer ready to join your team.
SCALE BUILDS. SITECARE PLANS TAKE CARE.
Multiple ways to work with our team.
Scale is focused on development
Building what comes next: features, integrations, migrations, custom work.
SiteCare plans take care of the site
Hosting, performance, WordPress maintenance, monitoring, backups, and ongoing support coverage. Not included in Scale.
Use Scale on its own, or pair it with a SiteCare plan if you’d like us taking care of the website while your Scale developer focuses on building what comes next.
FIRST FIVE CLIENTS
Founding pricing for our first five Scale clients.
Scale is new, and we’re looking for the first five companies to build it with us. Founding clients lock in special rates for 12 months.
In return, we’ll ask for permission to use your company name and share the results of the engagement once there are actual results worth sharing.
No made-up case studies. No testimonial required. We’re banking on our 20-years of delivering best-in-class service as the proof.
COMMITMENT
Three months, then month to month with 30 days notice.
CHANGING CAPACITY

TIME TO START

FAQ
Questions We Expect About SitCare Scale
Scale gives you dedicated WordPress development capacity for building, improving, and expanding your website. SiteCare care plans are focused on keeping your website healthy, secure, updated, monitored, and supported. You can use Scale on its own or pair it with a care plan if you want SiteCare handling both sides.
Not quite. You get the consistency of working with one developer who gets to know your team and your website, but they’re also backed by SiteCare. That means they’re not working in isolation. They can lean on the broader SiteCare team when they need another perspective or run into something especially complex.
Yes. They can join your Slack or Microsoft Teams, attend standups, work from your project management system, and contribute directly to your repositories. We don’t make your team move into SiteCare’s tools just to work with us.
Half time is four hours every business day. Full time is eight hours every business day. We agree on a consistent working window before the engagement begins so your team knows when your developer will be available.
We handle the matching for you. We match based on the work you need done, the technical experience required, and the hours your team works. Rather than asking you to judge developers in a short interview, we give you a two-week fit window to see how the match works in practice.
Tell us. During the first two weeks, we’ll rematch you at no additional charge if the fit isn’t working. If you’d rather stop the engagement altogether, we’ll refund the unused balance of the month.
Most new Scale engagements can be staffed within two to three weeks. We’ll use that time to understand the work ahead, match the right developer, confirm working hours, and get access sorted out before they join your team.
Scale is designed for substantial WordPress development, including WooCommerce, memberships and subscriptions, Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, custom plugins and blocks, performance work, migrations, multisite, and custom front-end or back-end development. If you’ve got something unusually complex, that’s worth talking about. We can usually tell pretty quickly whether Scale is the right fit.
Yes. Your developer works in your repositories, and documentation is part of the engagement. We set aside time every week to document important decisions and technical details so the knowledge stays with your team.
Not by default. Your Scale developer is responsible for testing their work and following a staging-first development process whenever your environment supports it. If you want a second engineer formally reviewing every change or dedicated QA coverage, we can scope that as an expanded engagement.
Planned time off is scheduled in advance, and your developer follows your holiday calendar rather than SiteCare’s. If something genuinely urgent happens while they’re away, SiteCare can step in for issues like a site outage, broken checkout, broken lead forms, or a security incident.
Our Scale developers are experienced independent professionals located around the world. Location matters less than availability, which is why we agree on a fixed working window before the engagement starts. Your developer should be present during the part of the day when your team actually needs them.
SiteCare is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and our development team follows company-wide standards for access, credentials, data handling, and security. We also maintain written rules around the use of AI coding tools, including what client information and code can and can’t be shared with those systems.
Yes. You can move between half-time and full-time capacity with 30 days written notice. That gives you room to scale development effort up or down as your roadmap changes.
Scale starts with a three-month initial term. After that, it continues month to month and can be ended with 30 days written notice. There’s no annual contract.
