What are my options if I’m currently on a legacy SiteCare Advanced plan?
We realize the legacy Advanced SiteCare plan offered specific features and benefits not available in our new SiteCare plans. To ensure a smooth transition to a SiteCare Gold or Platinum plan, we’re offering Advanced SiteCare plan clients a special 2-hour Support Bundle for $200 per month for the next year.
After 12 months, the Support Bundle will transition to our current hourly rate.

Can SiteCare help me with photo editing?
While we specialize in WordPress support, maintenance, and optimization, image manipulation (like editing or designing images) isn’t a service we provide. Our focus is on keeping your website running smoothly, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and improving user experience.
However, if you need help with image optimization for site speed (like compressing images or improving load times), we’d be happy to assist! For more detailed image work, we recommend partnering with a graphic designer or using an online tool like Canva that fits your needs.
